Luke and Naomi are moving right along to Podcast Episode 14. Thanks for joining us on this “pirate ship to nowhere,” as Luke has put it so beautifully.
Oh man, we are jumping right into it this week. We share our interesting “adventure” (if you want to call it that), trying to do the right thing with a misdelivered package. We wrote “Return to Sender” on the package, but it sat out our door for another week-and-a-half. Then Naomi tries to take it to the UPS Store in town because that’s who delivered it, and they didn’t want to take it. After they agreed to take it (after a little persuading), it ends up back at our door! We were just trying to be decent people, but we were getting no where. So what happened to the package? You’ll have to listen to the podcast below to find out!
This situation gave them the idea for this week’s topic, “What’s your worst customer service story and how did you handle it?” You’ll hear those answers on next week’s podcast episode.
Naomi shares a story a man being charged two dollars on his bank account with no explanation so he pulled all his money out and basically boycotted the company. This got us talking about the “hills we are willing to die on,” and a very popular fast food chain Naomi has refused to go back to. We also talk about the new Buzz Lightyear movie, Luke does a segment of Entertainment News, we have another “This Week In Science,” and more!
AND… We share your stories of your public etiquette pet peeves, after last week’s beach behavior horror story.
Check out all these stories and more in this week’s episode of Luke and Naomi On-Air, in the podcast below:
