Luke and Naomi On Air

Happy Halloween! We’re back… Well, mostly. Naomi’s sick. But we’re not missing another episode…

Luke’s family was in town last week, and we did ALL the touristy stuff. We did the downtown shops, which has Naomi all excited for Christmas. We checked out the River Walk, the beach, a couple new breweries and bars, and everything in between. We also had a very unique experience at the Barzarre, which is worth checking out if you are ever in Wilmington.

Luke’s family had come to town for a wedding, so the first few days were hanging out, then the crew drove down to Oak Island, North Carolina for the “pre-wedding” party, and the wedding the following day. The biggest thing to know about this wedding? There were nine people on each side of the wedding party… NINE!! Although, we loved giving the happy couple a hard time about their ambitious plans, they pulled it off. Hear about the wedding, the afterparty, and the police BEFORE the wedding in the video below.

In this episode, Luke also got the chance to play “drunk uncle” and go off on a rant about the tooth fairy. He also “dusts off” an old favorite, some random facts (“to start your day” if you’re listening to this in the morning, and remember from our New Mexico Morning Show).
