Welcome back to another episode of the Luke and Naomi On-Air: Podcast. Thanks for spending some time with us!

We kick off this week’s episode by talking a little bit more about our “Not-So-Polar Plunge,” and the difference between this “plunge,” and the ones they do in the north. In case you missed it, we have a small video of it here.

We want to know the most unique or crazy food that you had (like, way out of your comfort zone), that you actually liked. We share a few of ours and we’ll go over your answers next week.
