Luke and Naomi On Air

Welcome to another installment of Luke and Naomi On-Air: The Podcast. We appreciate you joining us for another episode!

We dive right into this episode with some cruise talk. Our first-ever cruise in now less than 30 days out and we need buckle down and make some decisions on what touristy things we would like to do at the different ports, our packing and luggage plan, and all of that other fun stuff.

Naomi also got another one of her “Universal Yums” boxes – A food subscription that sends monthly boxes of snacks and treats from all over the world. This month’s box was loaded with goodies from Austria.

Of course we have another segment of “Did You Know,” – Your weekly dose of random facts, we discuss robots (including Naomi’s dis-trust for them and her fear that the movie iRobot is a prophecy), which leads us into a story about a helper robot. Will Naomi ever change her mind about robots? It looks like there is, but obviously there are some stipulations.

We also talk about a new ice cream flavor from Van Leeuwen (they are the company who recently came out with a Macaroni and Cheese flavored ice cream). This time they’ve teamed up with the Idaho Potato Commission to make “Malted Milkshake and Fries” ice cream. Would you try it?

And we’ll wrap up this episode of Luke and Naomi On-Air: The Podcast, with another Under a Rock Review. This one’s a big one… We can’t believe Naomi has never seen this movie (especially for all the times she was told she has to see this movie while we were living in New Mexico). She gets comfy on the couch and meets Maverick, Goose, and Ice Man for the first time in her watch of “Top Gun.” Find out what she thinks of the film, what part made her the most “uncomfortable,” and hear her answers to Luke’s review questions, all in the podcast video below:
