Can you believe it?! We made it to episode 50! Thank you for joining us for another installment of Luke and Naomi On-Air: The Podcast.

Let’s get things started with a quick recap over the last week, not a whole lot going on for us. We did try something new – We tried Honduran food for the first time. We had fried Yucca and had cactus along with our veggies and meat. Pretty interesting, and pretty good! Not much else going on, we’re just gearing up for Luke’s favorite holiday – The 4th of July! We’ll be taking another week off of recording for that, as we have some friends over and celebrate our independence.

Of course we have your weekly dose of “Did You Know,” luke’s random facts. We also talk about Pat Sajak stepping down from hosting duties for “Wheel of Fortune.” We knew this was coming, but it has been officially announced, and it has been officially announced that Ryan Secrest will be taking over. Hear what we think about this change of cast, in the video at the bottom of this page.

Also on this week’s podcast episode, we dive into a company that wants to pay you for hitting 10,000 steps a day, but of course it’s a big marketing stunt. And we talk about a bacon-loving baseball team that’s now getting hassled for their love of bacon… What the heck?!

We have another Under a Rock Review for you, too! This week we have our first sequel, as Naomi reviews the 1992 film “Batman Returns.” She was super excited to see Danny DeVito portray “The Penguin.” Did she like his take?
