Hey! Thanks for joining us for another episode of Luke and Naomi On-Air: The Podcast. Welcome to Episode 89.

If you’re not familiar with Luke and Naomi – Well, that’s us! We used to do a morning show in Roswell, New Mexico. After moving to Wilmington, North Carolina, we missed doing radio together, so now we host this podcast! It brings pieces of our old morning show together like goofy stories, random facts, and topics you get to be a part of. And one of the big features of our podcast is Naomi’s Under a Rock Review. Luke’s seen all the movies, and Naomi has lived under a rock and hasn’t seen any of the movies. Now, she watches the classics, for the first time, and reviews them!

In this week’s episode, we kick things off with a lawsuit involving Disney. A pretty sad story where a man’s wife passed away after eating at a Disney restaurant. She had severe nut and dairy allergies and was told her food was safe, and unfortunately it wasn’t. So the guy sues Disney, but Disney comes back and says that he signed up for a trial membership of Disney+, which states any Disney disputes must be resolved in arbitration, not in court. It’s August and it’s officially here – The pumpkin spice craze. We dive deep into this great debate, and it looks like more and more people are getting tired of the flavor and are leaning towards better ones, like apple and s’mores. We’ve got a whole list for you of better flavors for fall, than pumpkin spice.
