Welcome to Luke and Naomi On-Air: The Podcast. Thanks for joining us for episode 104!

If you’re new to Luke and Naomi On-Air, well, hello! We’re glad you’re here. We’re a married morning show team that has switched from the airwaves to the internet. We still have a variety of stories we discuss, Luke’s dad jokes, a topic that you get to be involved in, and more. And Naomi has her “Under a Rock Review.” She recaps classic films that everyone has seen, but it’s her first time watching. Classic movies like “Tombstone,” “True Lies,” and “Kindergarten Cop.” Re-live your first watch through Naomi’s eyes. We’ll have another Under a Rock Review coming up in a bit.

Congratulations to Philadelphia! The Eagles won the Super Bowl this past Sunday. Luke is upset, obviously. But he’s more bummed that the game was a little… boring. If you missed last episode (first of all, you should listen to it here), Twix announced a contest during the Super Bowl. They were giving away two gold bars if you participated in this “staring contest” during the commercial breaks. Naomi participated in this contest, but unfortunately was not a winner. Hear more about this “staring contest” in the podcast episode at the bottom of this page. And look at them stats:

Also over the weekend, we went to this Edgar Allen Poe Speakeasy in downtown Wilmington. It is a traveling event (and rumor has it, a “part two” is coming), where actors and actresses perform some of Edgar Allen Poe’s most known and most twisted pieces. Each tale is also paired with a signature cocktail. It was a really, REALLY cool experience! The performers all did a phenomenal job and portrayed the artistic works so well. And the drinks were all delicious. Unique, too. Check out some of the pictures from the event:
