Luke and Naomi On Air

Hello! We hope you’re having a great week! Thanks for joining us for another episode of Luke and Naomi On-Air: The Podcast.

We start this week’s episode with some information from “Brian from England!” He tells us about the coronation, and how him and his girlfriend watched the event on TV, and had coronation chicken and later coronation pies. He also told us about his family being a part of a block party for the event. Pretty cool stuff! We recap our week – which we didn’t do much, another beach day in the books, though! The last one, a couple of weeks ago, was our dry-run of beach season, this weekend we brought out all the gear, spent a couple of hours sunbathing, and even jumped in the water for a bit.

Of course we have your random facts – Your weekly dose of “Did You Know,” we talk about destination weddings and a company that is offering high-altitude balloon trip to the edge of space for your wedding, and Martha Stewart is going to be on the cover of Sports Illustrated. This could go so wrong, or so right…

We had more homework for you! We go over your answers to last week’s Facebook topic – What’s the oldest thing in your kitchen that you still use.” And no, we’re not talking about people! We want to know about the kitchen gadgets, tools, and utensils that still come in handy. Hear some of our favorite answers, and hear who we’re rolling our eyes at, in the podcast episode below.

And we have another Under a Rock Review. Naomi watches the 1993 movie “What’s Eating Gilbert Grape” for the first time. Did she like it? Would she recommend it to someone who hasn’t seen it before?” She’s got some thoughts on this one!
