We hope you had a Happy 4th of July celebration! Welcome back to another episode of Luke and Naomi On-Air: The Podcast. Thanks for joining us!
We had a great 4th of July holiday, complete with a sunrise beach trip, yard games and KanJam, and grilling outside with some friends. Our sunrise beach trip ended up being a 10-hour day at the beach! Luckily we were prepared with drinks and plenty of snacks. We also caught another movie durinng our mini-vacation, we saw “Spiderman: Across the Spiderverse.” Pretty solid movie, but we won’t get into details (we don’t want to spoil anything).
Luke has another installment of your random facts – Your weekly dose of “Did You Know,” we talk about mathematician who says she created the perfect swear word after narrowing down a list of nearly two hundred “inappropriate” words, and we discuss a list from Variety Magazine naming the top ten disney villains. Were they correct in their list? Maybe some of them, definitely not all… Find out what we thought in the podcast episode at the bottom of this page.
We also talk about the scariest movies that aren’t meant to be scary (or at least, are not considered horror movies or scary movies). That was our Facebook topic from the past week. A couple of great answers we got included “Fantasia,” “Idiocracy,” and “Jurassic Park.”
And we spend way too much time discussing ranch dressing, and “Brian from England” and his crusade to get Hidden Valley Ranch across-the-pond. Maybe he needs to canvass or hand out flyers? Maybe little packets of Hidden Valley Ranch to get others onboard?
And we have another Under a Rock Review this week! Naomi watcheds the Robin Williams and Matt Damon film, “Good Will Hunting.” Did she like the movie? Would she recommend it? Find out in Luke and Naomi On-Air: The Podcast Episode 51 right here:
