Get ready to head to the grocery store, your local bottle shop, or wherever you pick up craft beer and wine, because this is a Sips and Snacks you’ll DEFINITELY want to try for yourself!

Welcome to the third episode of our new feature “Sips and Snacks.” We make our way back to Fermental, a bottle shop in the Cargo District in Wilmington, to meet with Ashley Rogers – The beer and wine guru, who picks out the perfect beer and the perfect wine to pair with our chosen snack. In this episode, we bring an American favorite – Oreos. But not just regular Oreos, we chose the good ones, the Double Stuf Oreos. You may think, “What’s the difference when pairing a snack with beer and wine?,” but the truth is there is a difference. Double Stuf Oreos have more of a cream-to-cookie ratio, which means a different beer than the original Oreos. Could you use regular Oreos for this Sips and Snacks episode? Absolutely.
