Luke and Naomi On Air

Welcome back to Luke and Naomi On-Air: The Podcast. We made it to episode 67! Thanks for joining us!

In this week’s episode we rip the band-aid right off – We’ll be off for a couple of weeks again. This time we’re leaving the country! Actually, this is quite a big trip for the two of us. We will be going with some friends to Costa Rica for a week, although we’re not exactly sure where in Costa Rica. Well… We know where, we just haven’t learned how to pronounce the places yet. So anyway, we’ll be taking a few weeks off as we head out on our adventures, but we’re looking forward to sharing pictures and stories with you when we get back.

That leads us to our new game: Monkey or Frog. As we get ready to head out on this amazing trip, we’re both concerned with each other when it comes to touching the wildlife. Luke is concerned Naomi will try to handle the poisonous frogs (because of her obsession with frogs), and Naomi is a little concerned Luke will try to pet a monkey. Although we both swear neither one of us will act up. So which one is more likely to happen? Monkey or Frog? Let us know what you think in the comments section below!

And since we’ll be heading to Costa Rica, we’ll have to get on a plane, which is not something Naomi is excited for. She’s not bad, but she is a little bit of a nervous flyer. Luke found a great article about wearing red on your travel day. Whether it makes you look more important or rich or whatever, there’s a chance you’ll get better service! Is it true or just a coincidence? We’ll have to test it out!

We have your weekly dose of “Did You Know,” – Luke’s random facts, and we go over our answers to last week’s Facebook Topic, “Four words for the beginning of your 2024.”

And Naomi sits down to watch another movie she has never seen before. This week’s “Under a Rock Review,” is of the 1993 Disney movie, “Cool Runnings.” Feel the rhythm, feel the rhyme, Naomi learns about bobsled time!
