Welcome to another episode of “Sips and Snacks,” where we head to Fermental, a bottle shop in the Cargo District in Wilmington. There, we meet with Ashley Rogers – The beer and wine guru, who picks out the perfect beer and the perfect wine to pair with the flavors of the snacks we bring in.

This beer pairing might seem absolutely crazy, but give it a shot! We had our doubts too, but once again, Ashley knocked it out of the park! Also, if you can’t find the specific beer and/or wine we used, Ashley explains what kind to look for and what flavor notes you want to focus on – In this case, we paired our chips with a Chardonnay and a Gose. Try it for yourself!
